Avenir-sirène SAS Foundry, was created by the merger of two neighbouring foundries: The Foundry L’AVENIR founded in 1911 by Mr Marcel Hake, surrounded by other administrators, and the Foundry La SIRENE founded in 1907.

The company was managed by Mr Georges Collin (son of Marcel Collin) from 1951 to 2005, then succeeded by his grandson Mr Cyril De Barros from 2005 up to the present time.
